The launch catalog is ready for eight styles. Only styles with approved identity and production details appear as choices while physical testing is completed.
No finder app
A phone browser opens the recovery page directly.

Owner-controlled privacy
You choose which contact and recovery information a finder can see.
A lasting identity
The Tag ID is never recycled, even if a tag is later replaced or retired.
Active Recovery
More than a profile waiting to be scanned
Keeps your pet's recovery profile actively maintained, verified, and ready when someone scans the tag. When a pet is reported lost and the owner confirms it, the existing recovery tools support a public case page, owner alerts, share-ready information, sightings, and a recovery timeline.

Clear renewal terms
Service starts when you activate the tag, or automatically 90 days after purchase if it has not been activated by then.
After the included year, renewal is $9.95 per tag per year. There is a 30-day grace period. If a renewal lapses past the grace period, the tag moves to Limited Recovery Mode: the tag and QR still resolve, out-of-date direct owner contact details are no longer shown, and a finder can still send a recovery signal.
