Service Term & Renewal

A tag is $24.95 one time and includes the first 12 months of service. After that, renewal is $9.95 per year. A replacement tag for an existing pet profile is $14.95.

Service starts when you activate the tag, or automatically 90 days after purchase if it has not been activated by then.

Automated renewal billing is not switched on. There is no online subscription and no automatic card charge today; renewals for early customers are arranged directly, and the exact dates that apply to your renewal are confirmed with you before payment.

We will not silently extend, shorten, or back-date your service term, and we will not change the price you were quoted without telling you.

There is a 30-day grace period after a renewal is missed, during which service continues normally.

If a renewal lapses past the grace period, the tag moves to Limited Recovery Mode: the tag and QR still resolve, out-of-date direct owner contact details are no longer shown, and a finder can still send a recovery signal.

Your pet's history is not silently deleted.

A public Tag ID is never recycled. If a tag is replaced or disabled, its identifier is retired permanently and is never reassigned to another pet.

Service includes an annual review of your recovery-critical information. Keeping your contact details current is what makes a tag useful years after you buy it, so we ask you to confirm them rather than assume they are still right.
